The primary purpose of this Dictionary is to assist students and colleagues in secondary education, philology students, and anyone interested in approaching the texts of our classical literature with as much ease and efficiency as possible.
For this reason, only the most user-friendly words, expressions, and constructions of the ancient Greek language have been included in this Dictionary, while cumbersome entries - which may interest some specialists or a limited number of users, but not the broader audience of ancient Greek students - have been omitted.
In this Dictionary, in addition to the rich interpretations provided for each entry, basic etymological elements, the tenses of irregular verbs, as well as the most important periphrases and verbal constructions with their corresponding meanings in modern Greek are also included.
