Nespresso told us it was our fault for not descaling it (at 6 months!!) even though it has a descaling indicator that never turned on. They took it for service for a long time. They returned it, it worked. With the use of 1 capsule every 2 days, it broke again a year later. We suffered so much that no one bothered to fix it. We didn't even receive a phone call. If you want to make a second coffee, you have to be lucky when placing the second cup, so as not to make a mess. However, the most important thing is that the machine has lost ALL of its water from the container twice, for no reason, creating a serious problem in the surrounding area. Apart from the danger due to its connection to electricity, we are constantly worried and afraid that this will happen again at some point. Nespresso, for the record, was informed before this review was published, in order to inform interested buyers about this negative experience.

Θετικά: Όμορφη εμφανισιακά, μεγαλύτερο δοχείο νερού & απόρριψης καψουλών από τις άλλες, παρασκευάζει ωραίο αφρόγαλα στο ίδιο ποτήρι. Αρνητικά: Η ποιότητα κατασκευής της δεν είναι όσο καλή δείχνει. Ακόμα & η λαβή για την τοποθέτηση της κάψουλας είναι τόσο σφικτή που κτυπά & κάνει θόρυβο. Στάζει στο τέλος κάθε δόσης (για να μη λερώσεις παίρνοντας το ποτήρι, πρέπει να περιμένεις 20''. Αν μάλιστα θέλεις να φτιάξεις και δεύτερο καφέ, πρέπει να είσαι τυχερός τοποθετώντας το δεύτερο φλυτζάνι, ώστε να μη λερώσεις). Το σημαντικότερο όμως είναι το γεγονός ότι η μηχανή έχασε 2 φορές εντελώς αδικαιολόγητα ΟΛΟ το νερό της από το δοχείο, δημιουργώντας σοβαρό πρόβλημα στον γύρω χώρο. Πέραν από τον κίνδυνο λόγω της σύνδεσής της στο ρεύμα, είμαστε συνεχώς με την ανασφάλεια και τον φόβο ότι αυτό θα ξανασυμβεί κάποια στιγμή.
