I used it to expand the single port of a laptop. When I connect the wireless mouse to one of the ports, it does not work when any data operation is taking place (ethernet, USB stick, or drive, etc.). I am waiting for an update from the supplier I gave it to for inspection, but I fear it is an issue with the model, not with this specific item.

It is very good, it does not lose speed during connection (at least nothing noticeable with a speed test). However, I am a bit cautious because I have not tried it with all 3 ports occupied

I bought the product 6 months ago. Very beautiful externally and very promising from the reviews. And indeed, when it works, it works great!

Initially it worked for 4 uses and then started disconnecting. I took it back to the store where I bought it and after a few days they replaced it.

After 5 months of occasional use, it started disconnecting every 5 seconds again without me being able to do anything to fix it.

It bothered me so much that I went and bought another one that from the reviews seemed to not have the above problem.

Excellent addition to the MiBox4. It provided 4 USB ports and Ethernet and was recognized by the Android operating system without any problem. I also used a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and a hard drive without any problem and with satisfactory speeds. Absolutely no issues.

I bought this because my laptop only has one USB3 port and one C port, and the extension that came with the laptop only had Ethernet, leaving me with a free type C port.

Unfortunately, 3 stars because I wanted to use it with a static IP, but if I dare to disconnect it from the laptop for transportation and then reconnect it, it loses the IP, Subnet, and default gateway. Surprisingly, it keeps the DNS. This happens on Windows 10 Pro.

This means that either you have to reconfigure it again and again, or you have to enable DHCP in your network whether you want to or not and make a static lease. Other similar products I have had and currently have do not have this issue.

It works perfectly, just when I placed it next to the mouse, it causes some minor interference, who knows why!

The product is excellent. I have it on my laptop with gigabit Ethernet and there is no difference from the built-in network card. The speed does not drop even though I have various USB devices connected! It is completely plug & play, meaning that every time you disconnect and reconnect it, it immediately connects to the network. If you don't have a hard drive connected, you don't even need a safe disconnect. I have it connected to a mouse, keyboard, gamepad, and printer. Overall, I am very satisfied, I have no issues or disconnections for a week now.

I use it on Android TV (Mi Box S) which had only one USB and I wanted to connect ethernet, external hard drive, keyboard, and mouse. The ethernet works flawlessly without any disconnections and the 1TB hard drive as well, without the need for external power supply. The cable is very short. I imagine most people would want it that way, but I would prefer it to be a bit longer for flexibility in placement. The only annoying issue is a bright LED light that I had to cover with insulation tape. If you use it on a laptop, disable power saving settings on the USB to avoid disconnections after inactivity. Excellent purchase, highly recommended.

It works fine on Ubuntu 20.04. You don't need to do anything. The ethernet connection goes up a little while after booting.

Well, I was very hesitant to buy it. In the end, I got it and made a very good choice because I had no problems at all. It didn't lag at all in games and the speeds went much higher compared to wifi.

I have a problem with the issue that it disconnects and reconnects. It does it very often, which makes it unreliable for me and causes me more difficulty than I had without it.
With the risk of my external drives being in danger. Since I bought it only for this reason, and it failed to meet my expectations, I don't think I will use it again.
