Just get it. The only downside is that sometimes there are long Cinematics that you have to watch to understand and keep up with the game's progression. I judge it as a standalone and not in comparison to the other games. Because this is nothing compared to the first 3 games in the series..

One of the few good games that Xbox has to offer is the Gears series, and this one is no exception. Especially after such a long time, when it is on sale, it is worth it. It was purchased and completed at the time of its release.

Wow. I really haven't been this excited about a game in a long time. Coming from a decently good Gears 4, I didn't expect such an improvement in all aspects of a game. The graphics are the best I've seen, the gameplay is the best implementation of the Gears system so far, the characters have improved, especially the protagonist, the story answers even questions that have remained from the first Gears trilogy, the somewhat open world and RPG elements that were added were very successful, and the music was surprisingly good (from the guy who wrote the "Light of the Seven" for Game of Thrones). Overall, it's a flawless game, definitely the best of this generation for Xbox, and I dare say it's worth investing one's money in.

The game is worth every penny in all aspects. The gameplay is flawless, the graphics are crystal clear, among the best I have ever seen. They have done an exceptional job, to be honest. The sound is also quite good. It is a must-have title if you own an Xbox, no doubt about it. I don't want to dwell on whether it is the best Gears or not, those who have played them all know which one it is. Nevertheless, it is one of the best in the series and continues the story in a very beautiful way. I simply can't wait for the next Gears!

Finally, Microsoft has given its audience an AAA exclusive title, albeit late. Whether we're talking about the single player campaign or the multiplayer, the game is really good. I play it on Xbox One S and it runs without any issues.
