Well, generally speaking, as a creatine supplement, I have the following to mention:

-In terms of solubility, it presents better solubility compared to monohydrate, although we are talking about a significantly smaller quantity compared to the classic one (we are talking about micrograms and not grams).

-There is a noticeable increase in strength from the first week of consistent daily use, as predicted by the instructions.

-There is some water retention, as it is a basic principle of creatine regardless of the type (at least that's what I observed).

-It doesn't seem to require a loading phase, even though the quantity as a scoop is very small.

-Since we are talking about small quantities, it is an ideal case for use with protein in the same shaker without affecting the overall mixture.

-In no case does the price justify the above, hence the 4 stars.

In conclusion, it is a very good product whose price has gone out of control, as with other supplements

This review is about the flavour: Raspberry

Definitely better than creatine monohydrate. There is a clear improvement in athletic performance. (3 stars only due to the price - very high).
