The Rhinoceros is undoubtedly an anti-Nazi work. However, it is primarily a work that opposes any type of mass hysteria, any epidemic that hides under the guise of reason and ideas, yet remains a social illness, whose ideologies, in reality, serve as the excuse.
If we find that history is becoming nonsensical, if the disinformation of every propaganda exists to cover the contradictions between the facts and the ideologies it supports, if we manage to cast a clear gaze on current events, this is enough to prevent us from succumbing to the absurd "logic" and the lies that are served to us, in order to save ourselves from every dizziness.
