This is a very interesting, easy-to-read, and useful book with many examples from real cases for both mental health professionals and those who are searching and exploring issues of mental health. At times, the writing style was a bit tiring as it often repeated the same things or analyzed them too much; however, this may seem helpful to some, and in any case, it does not detract from the book's immense value.
