Description

The ambitious little rabbit Nikolakis Kounelakis is not sure what career to pursue. He considers becoming a firefighter but fears he might singe his whiskers. He decides to become a secret agent, but changes his mind because he might see his own shadow and get frightened. He can't even be a pastry chef because he would eat all the sweets himself before selling them.

Eventually, he finds the profession he will follow and throws himself into the work. At the same time, Mauricious Mavroulis, the pitch-black crow, returning from a party where no one wanted to dance with him, passes by, shedding black tears beneath Nikolakis Kounelakis's window, when suddenly he thinks the sky is falling on his head! But it’s not the sky. It’s something colorful that will drastically change his life.

Of all the books by Eugenios Trivizas that I have read, I believe that this particular one does not convey a nice message at all, as the little crow tries to change to please others. I believe that others should accept us as we are, and such messages should be conveyed in books, especially children's books.
