A classic and at the same time simple cold brew coffee system using the immersion method. The result is a full aroma and an intense flavor, as the coffee oils mix with the water at a very slow rate.
The immersion method helps preserve the delicate flavor elements of the coffee while minimizing the acids that pass into the cup during extraction at higher temperatures.
Fine mesh filter that ensures clarity in the cup.
Produces coffee with a very intense, almost concentrated flavor that is ideally served with ice or a little milk.
