Simply amazing. I use it also for cold herbal infusion and it has saved me in this heat. If you want a stronger infusion, it is better to leave it for at least 24 hours.

Although someone can make cold brew with a pitcher and a cheesecloth, the Mizudashi makes the whole process easier. Of course, it has some limitations due to its size and design. The mesh looks like plastic film. It's so fine that you can't tell by touch that it's a net!

Very good pitcher, with the well-known Hario quality (made in Japan). It makes a decent cold brew. The pitcher's filter has a mesh and requires coarse ground coffee. In 8 hours, you have a very light and refreshing cold brew, like cold tea.
