Pros:
1) It definitely fits over a washing machine.
2) Its vertical layout is very helpful in terms of space organization.
3) The side hangers are very convenient for hanging long clothes, such as pants and skirts.

Cons:
1) It does not move easily once you start hanging clothes, as it is made of plastic and the rails come off.
2) Due to point 1), it is difficult to hang clothes from both sides.
3) I am not sure how much it can hold when drying sheets and towels, but it works very well for small items like baby clothes, underwear, socks, etc.

As others have mentioned, it is vertical and can hold many things, saving space. However, the quality of its construction is not good. Regarding the rods mentioned in other comments, I think the whole issue is indicative of its very mediocre quality, it depends... meaning they may fit correctly in their positions or they may not (and yes, I mean when someone places them correctly). If it had better quality, it would be a perfect choice for a clothes rack.

The only positive thing is that it can fit three washing machines, maybe even four if you use the hooks for hangers.
The negatives are many... in one month it rusted.

Just bought it and assembled it. I want to mention that the folding shelves are not very convenient as you have to unscrew them to lift them up/down. I imagined it would be something more practical so that I can move it in and out or from room to room. Other than that, it seems OK, good construction.
Update, I found that if you don't fully tighten the screws, it works fine, it's just that the instructions are not clear!
