Waste of money...don't dare to buy it...it has broken into 10,000 pieces and has rusted from the first few uses...unjust and unjustifiable...

it is very good and sturdy, as long as you assemble it correctly, I have had it for 2 years for sure and it is still just fine, if you assemble it correctly and you know how to open it to hang the clothes then you will be 100% satisfied, it is not for the balcony, it is not for the garden, it is mentioned in the features anyway, when you understand how its parts open and close then you will definitely love it, I have to remember to upload a photo when it is full of clothes spread out so you can see how much it fits

Well, for an indoor clothes rack it is very good, with only one disadvantage. The folding parts are not stable. That is, if you put something heavy, by heavy I mean a hoodie or a face towel on top, after a while they will start to close/fall. This happens because they are held by only one screw, so it functions like a rotating axis. If it had a mechanism to lock them, it would be ok! (personally, I am thinking of adding another screw on each side to stabilize them, but this way it might break the plastic plus it will be permanently open afterwards). Now, taking it out on a balcony just with tying it, again if the wind is strong I do not trust it. Of course, I have never taken it outside, I have it as a backup in the dryer... Finally, I do not know if the plastic parts will withstand the sun or if they will break after some time!

For the money, it's worth it because you save space and it can fit almost 2 washing machines. Its negatives are durability and stability, the hoses are very light and can't support much weight. And the plastic supports are not stable when it's open, causing it to fall many times when you move it. Overall, it's a satisfactory purchase but I don't recommend it.

Pros:
1) It definitely fits over a washing machine.
2) Its vertical layout is very helpful in terms of space organization.
3) The side hangers are very convenient for hanging long clothes, such as pants and skirts.

Cons:
1) It does not move easily once you start hanging clothes, as it is made of plastic and the rails come off.
2) Due to point 1), it is difficult to hang clothes from both sides.
3) I am not sure how much it can hold when drying sheets and towels, but it works very well for small items like baby clothes, underwear, socks, etc.

Conclusion:
It won't solve all your problems (it's just a drying rack), but it can definitely help

As others have mentioned, it is vertical and can hold many things, saving space. However, the quality of its construction is not good. Regarding the rods mentioned in other comments, I think the whole issue is indicative of its very mediocre quality, it depends... meaning they may fit correctly in their positions or they may not (and yes, I mean when someone places them correctly). If it had better quality, it would be a perfect choice for a clothes rack.

The only positive thing is that it can fit three washing machines, maybe even four if you use the hooks for hangers.
The negatives are many... in one month it rusted.
The rods are thick and it's difficult to use clothespins.
When you fill it with clothes, the wheels are difficult to move.
And the final straw, if you put heavy clothes like a sweater or jeans, the rods bend and come out of their positions.
Stay away!

Not at all good quality, very useless thing and you pay quite a lot of money for it. If I knew it was such a hassle, I wouldn't even take it for free. It was a very bad choice, it doesn't hold at all on the balcony, you can't take it out, it falls with the slightest touch, all the parts become pieces. Only if you like playing puzzles, you will have to sit every time to assemble it. Only in this case, you buy this product, it's a waste of money, I do not recommend anyone to get it!

It is very useful in terms of the space it occupies and the amount of clothes it can hold, but its construction is not at all of good quality. It is given that it will break within a few months. It should cost no more than 15 euros considering the quality it has.

The components on the top part (hanging positions for clothes) do not screw in, resulting in them easily coming out. Time will show its durability...
Update after 4 months of use: No, this clothes rack is not durable, it is not suitable for balconies (outdoor spaces), it is not resistant to rust and corrosion as stated in its description, the rods easily come out of their place, and it is not easily stored as the bottom part does not fold. Very bad purchase

The product comes without assembly instructions.
The quality is unacceptable for the price of the product (35 euros). A reasonable price would be 10 euros.

edit 6 Oct 2022:
The rating refers to the very poor quality of the product, regarding the assembly instructions

I think it's the best for drying clothes inside the house and outside. But my issue was being able to dry clothes in the bathroom with the dehumidifier due to living on an island with excessive humidity!!! It comfortably holds 5kg of laundry, takes up very little space, is easily movable and easily stored... I've had it for about a year now and everything is great...!!!

Update 08.12.2021
After using it for almost 2 months, I will say that I would buy it again! The extent to which it has helped me is indescribable. The wheels on the clothes rack are an amazing addition!

Very practical hanger and a great value for money choice. It takes about half an hour to assemble and in order for the rods to fit properly, you need to push them firmly into the holes so that the structure gains the stability and durability it needs. This is for those friends who say that the rods are short, no guys, you just didn't put them in correctly.
It is lightweight, opens and closes very easily, and the wheels are very convenient for moving it around. It also holds quite a lot of clothes.

Unacceptable! The rods are opening... It leans according to the weight... The rods constantly fall down and make a lot of noise... I haven't extended it once without the rods almost hitting me in the head... Don't buy it!

It is a very good idea that helps you a lot with space saving and can hold a large volume of clothes. The problem with it, which will show in the future, is the cheap-looking construction quality. Lastly, while it takes up much less space when open compared to a traditional drying rack, it is not as easy to store when closed.

The plain sticks keep falling constantly because they are short. For the price, they should at least be properly measured. They can't even hold children's sweaters. I do not recommend it.

Very good! Just what you need for drying clothes inside the house in a limited space, elegant, compact, fits a lot of stuff, definitely much better than regular classic clothes racks, and when you don't need it, it folds up and doesn't take up much space. Very easy to assemble, but it does take some time because it has many pieces, it took me about half an hour, but my hands are not particularly skilled. For the friend above, you don't need to unscrew it, just don't tighten the screws completely. Then it's very easy, you just pull the wings outwards each time and they close.

And if the Chinese (I imagine) manufacturer is listening to us somewhere in the depths of the vast country: my friend, I would add a fourth floor to the clothes rack, I think it can handle it, it would fit even more clothes that way. It's not like it would reach the ceiling, I could easily reach a fourth floor if it had one, and I'm not even 2 meters tall. Think about it for the future

Just bought it and assembled it. I want to mention that the folding shelves are not very convenient as you have to unscrew them to lift them up/down. I imagined it would be something more practical so that I can move it in and out or from room to room. Other than that, it seems OK, good construction.
Update, I found that if you don't fully tighten the screws, it works fine, it's just that the instructions are not clear!
