Τα αρνητικά της είναι ότι μαζεύει υδρατμούς φουλ όταν ανοιγεις το καπάκι όλα χύνονται (η fissler το δίνει σαν θετικό μαγειρέματος δεν ξέρω γιατί) και επίσης μετα από ώρα πχ μαγείρεμα κρέατος τα χερούλια καινε. Excellent pot, deep, so the food doesn't splash out and I have plenty of space for comfortable cooking, of excellent quality. I do not regret the cost. Even though it doesn't have a non-stick coating, which always gets ruined after a while, the food, at least for what I use it for, doesn't stick. I enjoy it and I recommend it.
Εξαιρετική κατσαρόλα, βαθειά, που το φαγητό δεν πιτσιλίζει έξω και έχω περιθώρια άνετου μαγειρέματος, εξαιρετικής ποιότητας. Δε μετανιώνω για το κόστος. Παρόλο που δεν έχει αντικολλητική επίστρωση, που αυτές πάντα χαλάνε μετά από λίγο, το φαγητό, τουλάχιστον αυτό για το οποίο τη χρησιμοποιώ, δεν κολλάει. Την απολαμβάνω και τη συνιστώ.
The review concerns the quality-price ratio. These specific pots are advertised for their excellent performance on ceramic hobs. I replaced a 40-year-old PAL pot and there is no difference (maybe the Fissler has lower performance). And it doesn't differ from any other cookware I have, none of which exceeded 40 euros.
The lid, on the other hand, is annoying. It is supposed to do something with the liquids to keep the food juicy. Marketing. What it actually does is that since it is recessed and there is no peripheral wall, if you are not careful when lifting and tilting the lid, the liquids fall onto the hob.
It is a good pot but not worth the money.
Η αξιολόγηση αφορά την σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Οι συγκεκριμένες κατσαρόλες διαφημίζονται για την εξαιρετική τους απόδοση σε κεραμικές εστιες. Αντικατέστησε κατσαρόλα PAL 40 ετών και δεν έχει καμία διαφορά (ίσως και η Fissler να έχει χαμηλότερη απόδοση). Και δεν έχει και διάφορα με κανένα άλλο σκεύος που έχω κανένα απ' τα οποία δεν ξεπέρασε τα 40 ευρώ.
Το καπάκι απ' την άλλη είναι ενοχλητικό. Υποτίθεται ότι κάτι κάνει με τα υγρά για να κρατά το φαι ζουμερο. Μάρκετινγκ. Αυτό που πραγματικά κάνει είναι ότι καθώς είναι χωνευτό και δεν υπάρχει περιφερειακό τοίχωμα, αν δεν έχεις το νου σου όταν σηκώνεις και πλαγιάζεις το καπάκι, τα υγρά πέφτουν πάνω στην εστία.
Είναι καλή κατσαρόλα αλλά δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά της.
