Featuring Silica–Acrylic–Silicone trihybrid nanotechnology, Vitex Acrylan Max is an exterior plastic paint designed for masonry surfaces. Its matt formulation limits the buildup of inorganic, organic and biological contaminants, such as fungi and algae, while helping wet surfaces dry quickly and remain breathable. It can be applied to new and previously painted plaster, concrete and brick surfaces, as well as surfaces coated with silicate or silicone paints and ETICS, with appropriate preparation.
It is certified as a cool paint by the Department of Physics at the University of Athens, with high solar reflectance (SR), emissivity (ε) and Solar Reflectance Index (SRI). Coverage is 15–17 m²/L per coat on a suitably prepared surface.
