The chestnut honey in the 950g package is not authentic chestnut honey, but rather a blend of flower honey (95% flower honey, 5% chestnut honey).
It is very sweet, lacks a bitter taste, has a light color instead of being dark, and does not have the characteristic aroma of chestnut honey.
I will not choose it again.

Initially, I thought it was very good honey at a perfect price. I bought various types of the brand, and after 2+ years, none have crystallized. Since I have beehives, it has impressed me a lot...

I bought 4 different types of honey to try, including chestnut honey. I received the honeys in excellent condition. The chestnut honey was the first one we emptied in record time. It has a "full" flavor, so much so that the first time I tried it, I said my taste buds "burned" :) I will definitely buy chestnut honey again from this producer.
