The chestnut honey in the 950g package is not authentic chestnut honey, but rather a blend of flower honey (95% flower honey, 5% chestnut honey).
It is very sweet, lacks a bitter taste, has a light color instead of being dark, and does not have the characteristic aroma of chestnut honey.
I will not choose it again.
