- Add water to the pressure cooker, filling it up to half of its capacity. Close the lid and place it on the stove. Boil the water until the pressure release valve releases the steam, then remove the cooker from the stove.

Warning
- During steam release, keep your hands, face, and body away from the pressure release valve to avoid burns.
- Always supervise the pressure cooker when it is in operation or under pressure.
- If you notice steam coming out from the safety valve or the sealing ring during the cooking process, immediately turn off the heat, remove the pressure cooker, identify the cause of the problem, and fix it. Only use the pressure cooker again after ensuring that the problem has been resolved.
Cleaning and maintenance
Pressure Cooker Body
- Clean thoroughly with water and detergent. Then remove any detergent residues with clean water.
- Dry well with a dry cloth and make sure the cooker is completely dry before storing it.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners! They may irreparably damage the surface of the cooker!
- The body of the cooker is dishwasher safe (without the lid).
Sealing Ring
- Remove the ring from the lid and clean it thoroughly with water and detergent after each use.
- Dry well with a dry cloth and reposition it on the lid.
Safety Valve & Pressure Release Valve
- After each use, clean the valves well to remove any food residues. Make sure the pressure release valve moves freely without any obstruction.
- If food residues persist, use a soft wooden object to remove them.
Warning:
- Under no circumstances should you immerse the lid of the cooker in water or put it in the dishwasher.
- You cannot remove the safety valve by yourself.
