The present 13th edition of the work "Administrative Procedure" is updated to Law 4607/2019 (Official Gazette A' 65/24.4.2019), which introduced amendments to the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure (ΚΕΔΕ).

Specifically, this edition is updated with Laws 4583/2018 and 4512/2018, which amended the ΚΕΔΕ, Law 4509/2017, which changed Presidential Decree 18/1989 and the Code of Administrative Procedure, Law 4491/2017 which also modified the Code of Administrative Procedure, Laws 4484/2017 and 4472/2017, which amended the ΚΕΔΕ, and Law 4465/2017, which introduced changes to Presidential Decree 18/1989 and the Code of Administrative Procedure. Mention is made of notes on the ΚΕΔΕ and amendments introduced by Law 4514/2018 regarding the calculation of late payment interest and the order of amortization of a specific debt.

Administrative Procedure includes the basic legislative acts governing administrative litigation, namely Presidential Decree 18/1989 (Codification of provisions of laws for the Council of State concerning annulment disputes), Law 2717/1999 (Code of Administrative Procedure), and Law 2690/1999 (Code of Administrative Process). Additionally, this work includes the provisions of Law 1406/1983, which completes the jurisdiction of the Regular Administrative Courts and Law 702/1977, which concerns the annulment jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Appeal. Since the 3rd edition, the provisions of Laws 3900/2010 and 4055/2012, which relate to the institutions of pilot trials and just satisfaction for parties due to exceeding the reasonable duration of administrative litigation, have been included.
