It is suitable only for adults and is specifically applied for nasal rinsing in case of severe nasal congestion. Otrimer Nasal Spray with Strong Spray offers 4 times stronger spray than Otrimer Aloe Vera with Medium Spray.

OTRIMER is recommended to:
- Clean the nasal cavities in case of blocked nose, for example in case of cold or allergy, removing excess mucus or allergenic particles, such as dust or pollen.
- Moisturize the nasal mucosa when it is dry or irritated in case of mild nasal irritations or due to low humidity (for example due to room heating/air conditioning, high altitude, air travel)
- Liquefy and dissolve nasal secretions helping to remove them.

Instructions for use
- Blow your nose if necessary.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
- Remove the protective cap of the spray.
- If the spray has not been used for a long time, activate it by spraying once into the air before use.
- If the nozzle is clogged, clean it by placing it under warm running water and wiping it with a clean cloth.
- Tilt your head forward, inclined to one side, so that it is as horizontal as possible.
- Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for a short time (2 – 3 seconds).
- Then, tilt your head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
- Allow the product to act for a few seconds.
- Do not blow your nose during these seconds but wipe it if necessary.
- Then, blow your nose if necessary.
- After each use, clean the nozzle by placing it under warm running water, wipe it with a clean cloth, and replace the protective cap.
- Clean the nozzle with warm water.
