Description

This volume is dedicated to Emeritus Professor of the Law School of NKUA Demetris Travlos-Tzanetatos by colleagues, students, and friends as a modest token of Honor for his exceptional contributions to the study, shaping, and reform of Greek labor law and for establishing a significant nurturing ground for new scholars in the field, whose presence and actions during a time of existential testing of this legal branch are of great importance.

It includes 58 original studies by distinguished Greek and German legal scholars, addressing important and highly topical issues that concern not only labor law but extend to broader areas of both private and public law.

This interdisciplinary participation in the current Honorary Volume fully aligns with the multifaceted, epistemological and methodological study of employment relations by Demetris Travlos-Tzanetatos, as clearly reflected in his studies, which examine the employment phenomenon from the perspective of the economic crisis within the framework of neoliberal globalization, group formation, labor international dynamics, and the scientific-technological revolution.
