I bought it for making crepes and I made crepes, however, I have cooked everything on it. Burgers, roasted vegetables, pancakes, churros, pork belly, eggs all without oil. One time I cut potatoes and poured marinade with water (like when we do it in a baking dish with chicken) and they turned out fantastic (I just had to pour water often because you can't add too much). My husband said they were better than the oven. Honestly, it will make your life easier. Oh, and they say it can't be washed, it just needs a damp cloth. Personally, I wash it normally, I just make sure the water doesn't get into the motor at the back.

For its price and as a non-professional crepe maker, it does a good job, you just need to have a little patience and not rush. The good thing about it is that it can withstand many consecutive cookings due to its quality construction.
