I bought it for making crepes and I made crepes, however, I have cooked everything on it. Burgers, roasted vegetables, pancakes, churros, pork belly, eggs all without oil. One time I cut potatoes and poured marinade with water (like when we do it in a baking dish with chicken) and they turned out fantastic (I just had to pour water often because you can't add too much). My husband said they were better than the oven. Honestly, it will make your life easier. Oh, and they say it can't be washed, it just needs a damp cloth. Personally, I wash it normally, I just make sure the water doesn't get into the motor at the back.
Την αγόρασα για κρεπιερα έκανα κ κρέπες ωστόσο έχω μαγειρέψει τα πάντα πάνω. Μπιφτέκια, ψητά λαχανικά,πανκεικς, τσουρος, πανσετες, αυγα ολα χωρίς λαδι . Μια φορά είχα κόψει πατάτες κ έριξα μαριναρισμα με νερο(όπως στο ταψί όταν κάνουμε με κοτόπουλο) και βγήκαν φανταστικές (απλά έπρεπε να ρίχνω συχνά νερό γτ δεν μπορείς να βάλεις πολυ) ο άντρας μου είχε πει ότι ήταν καλύτερες από του φούρνου. Ειλικρινά θα σας λύσει τα χέρια. Ααααα κ λένε ότι δεν πλένετα θέλει βρεγμένο πανί. Εγώ προσωπικά τη πλένω κανονικά απλά προσέχω μη πάει το νερό στο μοτέρ πίσω.
