Mercola Megacryl acrylic sealant seals cracks and joints in interior and exterior applications. Once dry, it is waterproof, paintable and retains its colour. It adheres to brick, concrete, plasterboard, wood, glass, ceramic tiles, metals, aluminium and rigid PVC, and is suitable for expansion joints of up to 15% in construction applications.
It is used around door and window frames, sills, stairs, skirting boards, tongue-and-groove panelling, chimneys, cable ducts and pipes. It adheres to porous materials and withstands weather conditions and UV rays. Apply with a caulking gun to dry surfaces free from dust and grease. On friable surfaces with low cohesion, first apply an ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR solvent- or water-based primer.
