Mercola Megacryl acrylic sealant seals cracks and joints in interior and exterior applications. Once dry, it is waterproof, paintable, and resistant to weather conditions and UV rays. It adheres to porous materials such as brick, cement, plasterboard, wood, glass, ceramic tiles, metals, aluminium, and rigid PVC.
It is used to seal joints in window and door frames, window sills, stairs, skirting boards, tongue-and-groove panels, chimneys, cable ducts, and pipes, as well as expansion joints of up to 15% in construction applications. Apply with a caulking gun to dry, clean surfaces free from dust and grease.
