Mapei Mapesil AC silicone is a one-component acetoxy-curing sealant in the form of an elastic thixotropic paste. It cures with atmospheric moisture and is used for sealing glass, ceramic tiles and anodised aluminium. With Primer FD, it can also be applied to concrete, wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastic and rubber.

Suitable for expansion joints with a maximum permissible movement of 25%, as well as flexible gaskets between building components. Apply with a standard silicone gun at temperatures from 5 °C to 50 °C. The service temperature range is from -40 °C to 180 °C.
