The work Constitution includes all the provisions of the Constitution of Greece [1975/1986/2001/2008] accompanied by the relevant provisions of the Constitution of Greece, which include rules of European law, international treaties, as well as institutional, related fundamental laws.

Also presented is the complete text of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the additional protocols of the ECHR, due to the prominent position and important role they play in the system of protection of human rights.

Furthermore, the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union are provided, which, since the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty, have been elevated to primary law of the European Union.

Finally, this work includes the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of the UN (ratified by Law 2462/1997) adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations and presents particular interest for the protection of individual, political, economic, social, and cultural rights of the Human.
