I called the dealership. For the past 4 months, they've been telling me to call next month when they will bring the spare part. Now they told me to call in September, which is 6 months after I initially contacted them.
If it breaks down, keep in mind that the Greek dealership probably won't fix it for you, so it's money wasted.

Both of these characteristics appear after years, so I cannot currently evaluate the reliability of the product.

Το κακό με αυτά είναι πως με τα χρόνια το πλαστικό κάλυμμα πολυμερίζεται από την UV ακτινοβολία και σπάει και το ελατήριο του μηχανισμού χαλαρώνει με τη χρήση και δεν μαζεύει το λάστιχο. Και τα 2 αυτά χαρακτηριστικά παρουσιάζονται μετά από χρόνια οπότε δεν μπορώ να αξιολογήσω την αξιοπιστία του προϊόντος προς το παρόν.

I bought the Gardena RollUp S Automatic 15m and it really impressed me. The automatic winding works perfectly, you pull a little and it retracts by itself without tangling.
I especially liked that it has frost protection — you can leave it outside in the winter (after emptying the hose) without worrying about damage. Very good build quality, stable on the wall and easy to use. Ideal for a balcony or small garden.
Αγόρασα το Gardena RollUp S Automatic 15m και πραγματικά με εντυπωσίασε. Το αυτόματο τύλιγμα λειτουργεί τέλεια, τραβάς λίγο και μαζεύεται μόνο του χωρίς μπερδέματα.
Ιδιαίτερα μου άρεσε που διαθέτει προστασία από παγετό — μπορείς να το αφήσεις έξω τον χειμώνα (αφού αδειάσεις το λάστιχο) χωρίς να ανησυχείς για ζημιές. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής, σταθερό στον τοίχο και εύκολο στη χρήση. Ιδανικό για βεράντα ή μικρό κήπο.

I had the hose for 2 years, really very convenient. Suddenly it got stuck and the hose won't retract. I don't open it to see the problem because the spring that retracts the hose is dangerous.
I called the dealership. For the past 4 months, they've been telling me to call next month when they will bring the spare part. Now they told me to call in September, which is 6 months after I initially contacted them.
If it breaks down, keep in mind that the Greek dealership probably won't fix it for you, so it's money wasted.
Είχα το λάστιχο για 2 χρόνια πραγματικά πολύ βολικό. Ξαφνικά κόλλησε και δεν μαζεύει το λάστιχο. Δεν το ανοίγω να δω το πρόβλημα γιατί το ελατήριο που μαζεύει το λάστιχο ειναι επικίνδυνο.
Πήρα την αντιπροσωπεία τηλέφωνο. Εδώ και 4 μήνες μου λένε να πάρω τον επόμενο μήνα τηλέφωνο που θα φέρουν το ανταλλακτικό. Τώρα μου είπαν να πάρω από Σεπτέμβριο δηλαδή 6 μήνες μετά από τότε που αρχικά επικοινώνησα μαζί τους.
Αν σας χαλάσει λάβετε υπόψη ότι μάλλον η ελληνική αντιπροσωπεία δεν θα σας το φτιάξει, οπότε πεταμένα λεφτά .

The best! The hose doesn't get tangled, you don't waste time gathering it or turning it because it got crumpled somewhere, it's always neat.
Ότι καλύτερο! Δεν μπερδεύεται το λάστιχο, δεν τρως χρονο να το μαζεύεις ή να το γυρνάς γιατί καπου τσαλάκωσε, είναι συμμαζεμένο πάντα.
