The Olympus Sport 4006501 single mouthguard is intended for people aged 11 and over. It has a single layer of vinyl suitable for use in the mouth and a semi-rigid construction for protection and fit.

The mouthguard is moulded using hot water: once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat and let it cool for 45 seconds. Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds, taking care not to exceed the heating time. Carefully remove it with a spoon, cool it under running water for one second, and place it over the upper teeth. Bite down firmly for 20 seconds while pressing the edges against the teeth and gums. Then cool it under running water for 30 seconds and put it back in to check the fit. Do not chew it, as this may affect its fit and durability.
