Immerse the replacement filter in a container of water and shake it gently to remove air bubbles, leave it to soak for 1 hour. Then remove the replacement filter from the water for at least 8 hours before placing it into the jug's slot, fill the jug with a total of 20 liters of water, discarding the filtered water each time you fill it. The jug is ready for use, without the water having a bitter taste.
