    Submerge the replacement filter in a container of water and shake it lightly to remove the air bubbles, leave it in to soak for 1 hour. Then take the replacement filter out of the water for at least 8 hours before placing it into the pitcher slot, fill the pitcher with a total of 15 liters of water, discarding the filtered water each time you fill it. The pitcher is ready for use, without the water having a bitter taste.
