The book you hold in your hands is a collection of texts written over the course of twenty years, addressing various approaches to the art of dance – from History to Criticism, education, and commemorative tributes.
Due to the wealth and diversity of the material, it has been divided into different parts that serve the reader: the more theoretical texts together, the history separately, critiques based on a classification of performances by genre, style, tone, and interest in gender identity.
The texts have undergone minor editing by the author, who enriches rather than negates the original content.
In the second part of the book, there is a selection of interviews with Greek choreographers. Over the years of work, the author conducted interviews with almost all Greek choreographers, and with some artists, there were more than one discussions. In these cases, she selected the most interesting ones.
