Mercola Megasil sealant silicone is a one-component, 100% silicone sealant with flexibility and mould-resistant properties. It is used to seal building and construction joints, glass panes, sanitary ware, cold rooms, containers and air-conditioning systems.
Apply with a silicone gun to dry, clean surfaces free of dust and grease. Use a primer on porous surfaces. Shape the finished surface with soapy water before the sealant dries. Not suitable for PVC, PE, PP, PTFE, bituminous substrates, natural stone or marble. Due to its acidic nature, it may affect metals such as copper and lead.
