Mercola Megasil silicone sealant is a one-component, 100% silicone sealant with anti-mould properties and high elasticity. It is used to seal building and construction joints, glazing, sanitary ware, cold rooms and air-conditioning installations on standard building surfaces.
Apply with a silicone gun to dry, clean surfaces free of dust and grease. On porous surfaces, use ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR, ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR AQUA or PRIMER PU 900. Shape the finished surface with soapy water before the sealant dries. Not suitable for PVC, PE, PP, PTFE, bituminous substrates, natural stone or marble. Its acidic nature may affect metals such as copper and lead.
