Soti Triantafyllou observes and comments on the Greek and international political and social reality from the end of 2019 until the beginning of 2021.

She raises questions and offers some answers regarding the differences between realistic politics and the world of ideas, the role of utopia, and contemporary illusions about direct democracy, equality, and multiculturalism.

Among the issues she addresses are the limits of freedom, the differences and similarities between the right and the left, the functioning and dysfunctioning of the parliamentary system, the obsession with political correctness, and why democracy is the best form of government.
