It is a very good iron supplement. At the pharmacy, they told me that folic acid helps with better absorption. I take a sachet at night before I sleep, a few days before and during my period* and I don't have dizziness and cramps. It is also the only one that doesn't upset my stomach. I have repurchased it 3-4 times and I will continue.

*Magnesium also helps me with the pains (for better absorption magnesium along with B6, as advised by my gynecologist).
