It has a terrible taste. The instructions say to put it directly in your mouth, but when I did, I almost threw up. I ended up mixing it with some juice to drink it, so I don't know how effective it was. I will not buy it again!
Εχει απαισια γευση. Στις οδηγιες λεει να το βαζεις απευθειας στο στομα, αλλα οταν το εκανα πηγα να κανω εμετο. Κατεληξα να το ανακατευω με λιγο χυμο για να το πιω, οποτε δεν ξερω κατα ποσο ηταν αποτελεσματικο. Δε θα το ξαναπαρω!
