It takes place in a different era, resulting in a peculiarity in the language. One third of the book consists of dialogues in Katharevousa, which I did not like. Additionally, I was tired of the fact that the book is called "Data" and one third of it talks about how Data was born without actually including her, referring to her mother, father, grandmother, and their lives, which bored me.
After that, it gets better, with nice writing overall. It also makes references to the revolution, which left me quite indifferent.
I should note that I did not buy the book, it was lent to me, and I would not have bought it because it is not my style.
If someone likes drama and romance, it is just right for them.

Description & Specifications

My name is Data... It has been years now. I’m about to forget that I was once baptized Alexandra; Alexandra Salvanou of Robert and Charitini. I am guilty of all the sins the Church or the Police may accuse me of, yet I don’t feel guilty about anything.

Everything came naturally to me or that’s how it seemed. I never even thought that within me, first the evil was born, then the worse, and never the good. I was born very beautiful and that was yet another weapon, an invisible trap for my potential victims.

No one expects the appearance of an angel to so skillfully conceal the black soul of a devil destined to spread death and destruction. Perhaps even the death, which I so easily decided for some, was salvation, purification, absolution.

Enemies... I only made such in my life. I never gained friends, but I never felt their absence either. Friendship was a weakness for me, a weapon in the hands of the opponent, and I was not one to give such opportunities, nor did I want unnecessary burdens.

My name is Data. I live in another world that I created on my own, with my own laws. My name is Data and I do not regret...
