I installed them on drywall and the installation was very easy.
They hold very firmly.
I preferred them over butterfly anchors because they have metal on the inside, which makes them more durable over time, and in case you overtighten them (up to a point), the threads don't get damaged.
However, they are quite expensive (compared to the butterfly anchor), which is why I gave 4 stars.

Τα προτίμησα απο τα ούπα πεταλούδας διότι έχουν μέταλλο στην εσωτερική πλευρά και αυτό το κάνει να αντέχουν στο χρόνο και σε περίπτωση που το παρακάνεις (εώς ενος σημείου) με το σφίξιμο δεν χαλάνε οι βόλτες.
Είναι όμως αρκετά ακριβά (σε σχέση με την πεταλούδα) γι' αυτό και τα 4 αστέρια.
