Ingredients: Skimmed yogurt powder, Skimmed milk powder, Sweetener: erythritol, stevia; Emulsifier: fatty acid, diglyceride; Acidity regulator: ascorbic acid; Stabilizer: xanthan, tara gum, color: curcumin; Flavor: natural aroma

Recipe for 1lt ice cream:

• 1 package NoCarb Ice Cream Mix Powder
• 600 ml low-fat milk 1.5%

Preparation:

• Pour the powder into a deep bowl, stirring constantly, add 300 ml hot milk (at least 80 degrees Celsius) and mix until there are no lumps
• Then add 300 ml cold milk and mix for 5 minutes
• Pour the resulting mass into a suitable container and place it in the freezer
• Stir every half hour until you reach the desired texture (2-3 times)
• 1 package = 120g ice cream powder.

The resulting ice cream, approximately 1lt, is family-sized, enough for 4 people.
