My son (10 years old) read this and all the others in the series in one go. He really liked the whole series.

It is ideal for young fans who are taking their first steps into this magical world. It is good for a parent to help... to read it together, so to speak. It is still a heavy, bulky book

It is read in one breath! Amazing flow! Maybe it would be better for someone to read them before watching the movies in order to have a freer imagination for all the heroes and the scenes...!

I consider it an excellent choice. As with all books, they capture the child's interest.

There are no words... I simply wanted it for my collection since in the past I happened to borrow some and also buy others, and I didn't have a complete collection. Unfortunately, I wanted the old classic edition that was released back when the book first came out, but I can't find it anywhere anymore.

Beautiful collection with the print on the spines of the books forming Hogwarts. Quite good paper quality. The little ones have enjoyed it a lot.

I got the first book when I was laid off and I picked it up after a month. As soon as I reached page 60, I ordered this box set because I realized I would get hooked (I hadn't seen the movies and had no intention to because they didn't pique my interest). I have to say that I felt chills at many points and I was reading with bated breath (in a Quidditch match or during the battle with the Phoenix Order in the fifth book). The most tiring one is the fifth, not that it is bad, it just tires you out because it is long and builds the plot very nicely. What I read in 1.5 days without many breaks was the seventh because it doesn't let you do anything with the anxiety it gives you.

Incredible books and an amazing world that the author built from the top two worlds of book-movie for me, with the first being Middle-earth. Anyone who hasn't read them and hasn't seen the movies is like day and night

Regarding: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Illustrated Edition

First, I want to comment on the weight of the book. A 1.5-kilogram book. How exactly is this book read? Only if you place it on a desk. It is neither meant to be held in the air nor supported on yourself. The original book was half a kilogram. Moreover, its size makes it completely impractical, neither for reading nor for transport. As for the illustrations, personally, I did not like the art style. Generally, there is one image every 6 pages. If you have not seen any movies or video games at all, meaning you lack a visual representation of the world, it might somewhat enhance your experience. Overall, I find the illustrated edition unnecessary and the execution not practical at all.

The packaging is incredible but very delicate. It had some sort of opening on top and I will have to stick it to keep it preserved. As for the books, I will comment on each one separately when I finally read them.

Perfect package to read the entire collection, I grew up with Harry Potter as it is of my generation (born in 1989). It has more details than the movies of course, I recommend it to both young and old.

As a continuation of the story, Chamber of Secrets worked very well. I liked it much more as an adult reading it again after many years. Of course, there are many logical plans and hard-to-believe situations, as many people have stated over the years, and the book is intended for a younger audience, but still the world has expanded on many levels, we have significant information about the main characters, and the mystery and darker revelations of the plot still attract even my adult brain.

As for the MinaLima edition, just like in the first book, it truly changed the experience and added to the enjoyment! I really liked that the artistic style was somewhat different from that in the movies and it helped it stand out while still feeling familiar! I particularly liked the full-page images (and of course the two-page ones!) and the complete works of art even more than the interactive cut-outs! A real gem for your collection.

For the text of the book, there is little I can add to what has already been written over the years. It is a legendary series and as first books for young people and teenagers, they are amazing. The important thing in this specific edition by MinaLima is the fantastic illustration and the cutouts that are included. They truly bring the book to life and it is a real gem for the library. It is also a very good suggestion for a gift, even for someone who already has the regular editions. And at the price of 20 euros that I bought it for, it's a steal! The only somewhat negative thing is its weight, which might tire someone depending on how they hold it while reading.

I had read it (as well as the rest of the books in the series) when I was little. Excellent book, it had created a lot of pleasant suspense for me!

Very nice, just like the rest of the books in the series!! The only thing that bothered me was that in this book it didn't show Voldemort at all. However, I believe that the other events compensated for it!!

The books are really nice!!! I read them after watching all the movies and I can say that THE BOOK IS WORTH IT! There is a lot more information, the background for everything is analyzed more. I finished the second and third book within 2 days each!! The "bond" with the characters is very different. The writing style is such that you want to keep reading, the interest is not lost. Very good books!!

It is very good and keeps the interest, except if you have seen the tennis episodes for all the fans of Harry, I highly recommend it, it says it in such a way and explains many things and details that have not even been addressed in the episodes

This book was excellent, I read it when I was seven and finished it a few weeks later. It was perfect and in a few words, it says that family is what we need more than anything. The book had humor, jokes, and it's worth reading. Get it NOW!!!!!

Many many years ago, when the Harry Potter movies came out, my brother begged me to watch them and I couldn't follow them. I ordered all 7 books for my son to read because he loves anything related to magic, and as soon as I held them in my hands, I started reading without being able to stop. It truly is magic to read these stories. Now, both my son and I avidly read Harry Potter. I still don't want to watch the movies, but I became obsessed with the books just like my son. The best gift someone can give to a child is a book. Luckily, it's not illustrated, so the child can use unlimited imagination.

I have watched all the movies when I was a kid, now I am 25 years old and I decided to buy all the books to read them. The books are amazing and very interesting. It took me about 2-3 days to read each book without much effort. I believe that a 12-15 year old kid will be able to read it within a week. I recommend parents who are reading this comment to get these amazing books for their children to get into the spirit of literature!

For the books, I won't say anything. Everyone knows Harry Potter. I bought it for myself and mainly for its beautiful case and affordable price. My 10-year-old son read all the books in 1 month. He would put down his phone to read the next part of the book. Highly recommended.
