I read the reviews and that's why I bought it. The battery, after 2 weeks and using the solar panel 5 days a week, goes down to 0%. I tried different settings now (15 seconds recording event) to see if the battery can last without draining. Also, the battery is in a village and there are not more than 5-10 events per day. Imagine how quickly it would drain in a city... I have also ordered a larger panel to see...

Η μπαταρία μετα απο 2 βδομάδες και με χρήση πάνελ με ήλιο 5 μέρες την βδομάδα παει στο 0%. δοκίμασα τώρα ρυθμίσεις άλλες (15 δευτερόλεπτα εγγραφή συμβάν ) να δω αν αντέξει να μην πέφτει η μπαταρία. Επίσης η μπαταρία είναι σε χωριό και δεν υπάρχει συμβάν πάνω απο 5-10 φορές την μέρα. Φαντάσου σε πόλη πόσο γρήγορα θα πέφτει... Έχω παραγγείλει και πάνελ μεγαλύτερο να δούμε....

First of all, I have had this camera for one day! What I liked about it was the many options for mounting it, the ease of placement without power supply (charging at home or using a solar panel), and the quality, clarity, and overall resolution of the video it produces! Unfortunately, there were several things that I did not like, such as... the software, which is slow or freezes many times even when the camera is connected, and you need to close and reopen it; the disconnections, which sometimes occur even when the camera is close to the router; the motion detection, which continues to send unnecessary notifications regardless of how it is configured, and the AI cannot differentiate between a dog, cat, or human (I have a dog in the yard and I constantly disable critical notifications); the relatively short cable on the panel; and the relatively short battery life (in high resolution)!!! In conclusion, overall, we are talking about a fairly good camera, and if they can fix some of the errors through an update, such as the disconnections and the ability to differentiate between a human, dog, and cat in order to avoid sending unnecessary notifications... then this purchase would definitely be worth the money! I did a little research on the internet for a future update, and the last video I found was about 7 months ago, but I don't see any changes from the comments of foreign YouTubers and from what I have seen so far, or any updates that have been released!!! Αυτά που μου άρεσαν ήταν οι πολλές επιλογές στο να το στηρίξεις , η ευκολία στο να την τοποθετήσεις χωρίς παροχή ρεύματος (φορτίζοντας στο σπίτι ή με την χρήση ηλιακού πάνελ) και η ποιότητα, ευκρίνεια και γενικά η ανάλυση στο βίντεο που έχει ! Λίγο που έψαξα στο ίντερνετ για κάποιο μελλοντικό update ήταν πριν κάνα 7 μηνο σε κάποιο βίντεο αλλά δεν βλέπω από τα σχόλια ξένων youtuber και από αυτά που έχω δει και γω μέχρι στιγμής να έχουν αλλάξει κάτι ή να έχει έρθει κάποιο update!!! Αν αλλάξει κάτι θα υπάρξει update στο σχόλιο μου!
1) update ---->Την κάμερα την φόρτιζα συνήθως στο σπίτι γιατί δεν είχα τοποθετήσει το πάνελ και αφού το έκανα κατάλαβα πώς πχ από το 50% μπαταρίας πήγαινε ξαφνικά στο 65% και από εκεί και πέρα με 6-7 ώρες στον ήλιο έπαιρνε άλλα 7%, συνολικά δηλαδή 72% και άλλες φορές με ντάλα ήλιο αντί να πάρει πχ από το 72% ή ακόμα να μείνει στο ποσοστό αυτό, έπεφτε στο 68%-67% . Με λίγα λόγια το έστειλα πίσω, επειδή λογικά έχει κάποιο θέμα ίσως και με την μπαταρία που τελείωνε εύκολα σχετικά, αλλά ή και με το πάνελ!
Very clear image and good quality (requires a strong WiFi signal and high speed to work properly), also the sound has excellent sensitivity. Pay attention to the installation, the small strap that comes in the package seems to loosen easily, I secured it with 2 tie wraps and put the solar panel on top to protect it from intense sunlight. Since we installed it in the morning with 60% battery, after 12 hours it is at 48% (without charging it with the panel), quite good autonomy, long cable (as seen in the photos), good battery management as after the second day when I connected the charging cable, the battery remains at 100% even with cloudy weather. If there are any updates, I will update the review.
Update: Attention: in the 5ghz WiFi zone, it only supports channels 36-40-44-48. Prefer the 5ghz zone, it does not have interruptions in sound or image, but if it still freezes, change the screen resolution from the settings.
Overall, so far there are no problems and the battery is constantly full.
Update: I also bought a second camera in white color with a black panel, it works great and the service from the company is immediate and they provide solutions even remotely through network management (I had a problem with another reolink camera that I had blocked due to an upgrade error). I recommend any purchase from this company, with the main characteristic being reliability and subsequent support.
Πολύ καθαρή εικόνα και καλή ποιότητα(χρειάζεται να έχει καλό σήμα από το WiFi και υψηλή ταχύτητα για να δουλέψει σωστά) επίσης ο ήχος έχει εξαιρετική ευαισθησία. Προσοχή στην εγκατάσταση ο μικρός ιμάντας που υπάρχει στη συσκευασία δείχνει να χαλαρώνει εύκολα, το έπιασα με 2 tie wrap (δεματικά) και έβαλα από πάνω σαν καπέλο το solar να το προστατεύει από την έντονη ηλιοφάνεια. Από το πρωί που το εγκαταστήσαμε με 60% μπαταρία μετά από 12 ώρες βρίσκεται στο 48%(χωρίς να το φορτίζει το πάνελ), αρκετά καλή αυτονομία , μακρύ καλώδιο (φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες), καλή διαχείριση στο θέμα οικονομίας της μπαταρίας μιας και μετά τη δεύτερη μέρα όταν συνδεσα κανονικά το καλώδιο της φόρτισης η μπαταρία είναι μόνιμα στο 100% ακόμα και με συννεφιά. Εάν προκύψουν νεότερα θα ενημερώσω την αξιολόγηση με update .
Update Προσοχή: στη WiFi ζώνη του 5ghz υποστηρίζει μόνο τα κανάλια 36-40-44-48. Προτιμηστε τη ζώνη 5ghz δεν κάνει διακοπές σε ήχο ή εικόνα αλλά αν και ακόμα σας κανει κολλήματα αλλάξτε από τις ρυθμίσεις την ανάλυση της οθόνης.
Γενικά μέχρι στιγμής προβλήματα δεν υπάρχουν και είναι συνεχώς γεμάτη η μπαταρία.
Update Αγόρασα και δεύτερη κάμερα σε χρώμα λευκό με μαύρο πάνελ, δουλεύει μια χαρά και η εξυπηρέτηση από το σέρβις στην εταιρεία είναι άμεση και δίνουν λύση ακόμη και από μακριά μέσω διαχείρισης δικτύου ( είχα πρόβλημα σε άλλη κάμερα reolink την είχα μπλοκάρει λόγω λάθους στην αναβάθμιση). Προτείνεται οποιαδήποτε αγορά από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία με κύριο χαρακτηριστικό την αξιοπιστία και την μετέπειτα υποστήριξη.

Αρχικά να πω πως την κάμερα αυτή την έχω μία μέρα στην κατοχή μου! Αυτά που μου άρεσαν ήταν οι πολλές επιλογές στο να το στηρίξεις , η ευκολία στο να την τοποθετήσεις χωρίς παροχή ρεύματος (φορτίζοντας στο σπίτι ή με την χρήση ηλιακού πάνελ) και η ποιότητα, ευκρίνεια και γενικά η ανάλυση στο βίντεο που έχει ! Δυστυχώς αυτά που δεν μου άρεσαν ήταν αρκετά όπως.... το software που ενώ είναι συνδεδεμένη η κάμερα αργεί ή κολλάει πολλές φορές και χρειάζεται να την κλείσεις και να την ανοίξεις ξανά, οι αποσυνδέσεις που για κανέναν λόγο και ενώ είναι αρκετά κοντά στο ρούτερ , έχει κάποιες φορές αποσυνδέσεις, η ανίχνευση κίνησης που ότι και να ρυθμίσεις και όπως να το ρυθμίσεις αυτό συνεχίζει για ψύλλου πήδημα να στέλνει άσκοπες ειδοποιήσεις χωρίς το AI του να μπορεί να ξεχωρίσει αν αυτό που βλέπει είναι σκύλος ,γάτα ή άνθρωπος ( εγώ έχω σκύλο στο κήπο και κλείνω τις κρίσιμες ειδοποιήσεις επειδή χτυπάει συνεχώς) , σχετικά μικρό καλώδιο στο πάνελ , η σχετικά μικρή αυτονομία στην μπαταρία του (στη μεγάλη ανάλυση)!!! Στο παρασύνθημα, σε γενικές γραμμές μιλάμε για μια αρκετά καλή κάμερα , αν μπορούν να φτιάξουν με κάποιο update τα όποια σφάλματα έχει κάποιες φορές που αποσυνδέεται και να φτιάξουν να μπορεί να ξεχωρίζει τον άνθρωπο , τον σκύλο και την γάτα ώστε να μη στέλνει άσκοπα ειδοποιήσεις... τότε για τα χρήματα αυτά που έχει σίγουρα θα άξιζε η αγορά αυτή! Λίγο που έψαξα στο ίντερνετ για κάποιο μελλοντικό update ήταν πριν κάνα 7 μηνο σε κάποιο βίντεο αλλά δεν βλέπω από τα σχόλια ξένων youtuber και από αυτά που έχω δει και γω μέχρι στιγμής να έχουν αλλάξει κάτι ή να έχει έρθει κάποιο update!!! Αν αλλάξει κάτι θα υπάρξει update στο σχόλιο μου!
1) update ---->Την κάμερα την φόρτιζα συνήθως στο σπίτι γιατί δεν είχα τοποθετήσει το πάνελ και αφού το έκανα κατάλαβα πώς πχ από το 50% μπαταρίας πήγαινε ξαφνικά στο 65% και από εκεί και πέρα με 6-7 ώρες στον ήλιο έπαιρνε άλλα 7%, συνολικά δηλαδή 72% και άλλες φορές με ντάλα ήλιο αντί να πάρει πχ από το 72% ή ακόμα να μείνει στο ποσοστό αυτό, έπεφτε στο 68%-67% . Με λίγα λόγια το έστειλα πίσω, επειδή λογικά έχει κάποιο θέμα ίσως και με την μπαταρία που τελείωνε εύκολα σχετικά, αλλά ή και με το πάνελ!
Very clear image and good quality (requires a strong WiFi signal and high speed to work properly), also the sound has excellent sensitivity. Pay attention to the installation, the small strap that comes in the package seems to loosen easily, I secured it with 2 tie wraps and put the solar panel on top to protect it from intense sunlight. Since we installed it in the morning with 60% battery, after 12 hours it is at 48% (without charging it with the panel), quite good autonomy, long cable (as seen in the photos), good battery management as after the second day when I connected the charging cable, the battery remains at 100% even with cloudy weather. If there are any updates, I will update the review.
Update: Attention: in the 5ghz WiFi zone, it only supports channels 36-40-44-48. Prefer the 5ghz zone, it does not have interruptions in sound or image, but if it still freezes, change the screen resolution from the settings.
Overall, so far there are no problems and the battery is constantly full.
Update: I also bought a second camera in white color with a black panel, it works great and the service from the company is immediate and they provide solutions even remotely through network management (I had a problem with another reolink camera that I had blocked due to an upgrade error). I recommend any purchase from this company, with the main characteristic being reliability and subsequent support.
Πολύ καθαρή εικόνα και καλή ποιότητα(χρειάζεται να έχει καλό σήμα από το WiFi και υψηλή ταχύτητα για να δουλέψει σωστά) επίσης ο ήχος έχει εξαιρετική ευαισθησία. Προσοχή στην εγκατάσταση ο μικρός ιμάντας που υπάρχει στη συσκευασία δείχνει να χαλαρώνει εύκολα, το έπιασα με 2 tie wrap (δεματικά) και έβαλα από πάνω σαν καπέλο το solar να το προστατεύει από την έντονη ηλιοφάνεια. Από το πρωί που το εγκαταστήσαμε με 60% μπαταρία μετά από 12 ώρες βρίσκεται στο 48%(χωρίς να το φορτίζει το πάνελ), αρκετά καλή αυτονομία , μακρύ καλώδιο (φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες), καλή διαχείριση στο θέμα οικονομίας της μπαταρίας μιας και μετά τη δεύτερη μέρα όταν συνδεσα κανονικά το καλώδιο της φόρτισης η μπαταρία είναι μόνιμα στο 100% ακόμα και με συννεφιά. Εάν προκύψουν νεότερα θα ενημερώσω την αξιολόγηση με update .
Update Προσοχή: στη WiFi ζώνη του 5ghz υποστηρίζει μόνο τα κανάλια 36-40-44-48. Προτιμηστε τη ζώνη 5ghz δεν κάνει διακοπές σε ήχο ή εικόνα αλλά αν και ακόμα σας κανει κολλήματα αλλάξτε από τις ρυθμίσεις την ανάλυση της οθόνης.

Update Αγόρασα και δεύτερη κάμερα σε χρώμα λευκό με μαύρο πάνελ, δουλεύει μια χαρά και η εξυπηρέτηση από το σέρβις στην εταιρεία είναι άμεση και δίνουν λύση ακόμη και από μακριά μέσω διαχείρισης δικτύου ( είχα πρόβλημα σε άλλη κάμερα reolink την είχα μπλοκάρει λόγω λάθους στην αναβάθμιση). Προτείνεται οποιαδήποτε αγορά από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία με κύριο χαρακτηριστικό την αξιοπιστία και την μετέπειτα υποστήριξη.

I read the reviews and that's why I bought it. The battery, after 2 weeks and using the solar panel 5 days a week, goes down to 0%. I tried different settings now (15 seconds recording event) to see if the battery can last without draining. Also, the battery is in a village and there are not more than 5-10 events per day. Imagine how quickly it would drain in a city... I have also ordered a larger panel to see...
Διάβασα τα σχόλια και γιαυτό την πήρα. Η μπαταρία μετα απο 2 βδομάδες και με χρήση πάνελ με ήλιο 5 μέρες την βδομάδα παει στο 0%. δοκίμασα τώρα ρυθμίσεις άλλες (15 δευτερόλεπτα εγγραφή συμβάν ) να δω αν αντέξει να μην πέφτει η μπαταρία. Επίσης η μπαταρία είναι σε χωριό και δεν υπάρχει συμβάν πάνω απο 5-10 φορές την μέρα. Φαντάσου σε πόλη πόσο γρήγορα θα πέφτει... Έχω παραγγείλει και πάνελ μεγαλύτερο να δούμε....

First of all, I have had this camera for one day! What I liked about it was the many options for mounting it, the ease of placement without power supply (charging at home or using a solar panel), and the quality, clarity, and overall resolution of the video it produces! Unfortunately, there were several things that I did not like, such as... the software, which is slow or freezes many times even when the camera is connected, and you need to close and reopen it; the disconnections, which sometimes occur even when the camera is close to the router; the motion detection, which continues to send unnecessary notifications regardless of how it is configured, and the AI cannot differentiate between a dog, cat, or human (I have a dog in the yard and I constantly disable critical notifications); the relatively short cable on the panel; and the relatively short battery life (in high resolution)!!! In conclusion, overall, we are talking about a fairly good camera, and if they can fix some of the errors through an update, such as the disconnections and the ability to differentiate between a human, dog, and cat in order to avoid sending unnecessary notifications... then this purchase would definitely be worth the money! I did a little research on the internet for a future update, and the last video I found was about 7 months ago, but I don't see any changes from the comments of foreign YouTubers and from what I have seen so far, or any updates that have been released!!!
