Dr. Zucker is a psychopath living a double life. In the morning, he performs the most complex eye surgeries. At night, however, he turns to more peculiar patients: women, whom he literally opens their eyes. He removes their eyelids, assaults them, and lets them escape. So far, all the victims have committed suicide.

As the police have no eyewitnesses or other evidence, they seek the help of Alina Gregorieff. The blind physiotherapist, who is considered a medium after her involvement in the Eye Collector case, is called to provide information about Zucker's next "patient." Despite her hesitations, she agrees to help, unaware that she will find herself in a whirlwind of paranoia and violence.

Her friend Alexander Chorbach is the only one who could free her, but he has fallen into complete apathy after his son was kidnapped by the Eye Collector. Both of them will soon realize the fateful connection between the Eye Collector and the Eye Hunter – Dr. Zucker...
