Sometimes, a song can save your life. The love for music unites the four members of the band Given: the impulsive guitarist Uenoyama, the charming drummer Akihiko, the sensitive bassist Haruki, and Mafuyu, a talented singer burdened with a tragic adolescence. Their struggles and conflicts may pull them apart, but their bond with music - and with each other - always brings them back together. As the band rushes towards their first live concert, Mafuyu struggles to write lyrics for their new song but can't find the words to express the feelings that burn inside him. Meanwhile, Uenoyama hears rumors about Mafuyu's past and is confused by his own feelings. The tension escalates until the night of the performance when the band erupts into a triumphant, transformative show.
