She has written and edited many cookbooks, such as: Kiki's Recipes with 1000 recipes from traditional and modern cuisine, The Greek Pie with 80 traditional and modern pies, and the series New Mediterranean Diet Recipes, published by Malliaris - Paideia. Her recipes are presented by her on radio and television programs and published in magazines in Thessaloniki.
I have the luck and joy of having many Cretan friends, who have hosted me several times in various parts of the island. Therefore, during my visits, I made sure to record the different recipes I tasted in homes and taverns. This way, I got to know Cretan delicacies closely, which I present to you. I hope this book will become a useful guide and take you on a delightful journey through Cretan flavors!
