    I have no words for this particular book. For years, I have been trying to lose weight and reduce inflammation in my body. I have reached a point where I eat very small quantities of supposedly "healthy" foods, but in vain. When I was desperate (I have tried so many things), this book fell into my hands and literally changed my life! For the past 2.5 months, I have lost 10 kilograms and feel better than when I was 20 years old!! My test results are excellent (despite having insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, and high cholesterol) and I have incredible energy. I wish the person who wrote it many years of life!
