Starting from different beginnings, the paths of the renowned pastry chef and the chef of the French Embassy in Greece met, and from their very first encounter, Stelios Parliaros and Jean-Marie Hoffmann realized how much they had in common.

Two people with the same passion for what they do, the same enthusiasm for life, and the same need to generate new ideas. This is how the idea arose to jointly create a book!
