Description

Imagine that you had the chance to ask God the most complex and difficult questions about love and faith, life and death, good and evil. Imagine that God gave you clear, straightforward, and understandable answers.

This happened to Neale Donald Walsch. It can happen to you too. Perhaps you are very close to such a possibility...

I heard your heart crying. I saw your soul desperately searching. I know how deeply you long for the truth. You shout it out with real pain, but also with joy. You have implored me for this for days and nights.

Here I reveal Myself to you, in such clear terms that you can no longer misunderstand or misinterpret anything. In understandable language that cannot confuse you. In such simple vocabulary that you cannot get lost in verbosity. So go ahead. Ask Me anything. Anything. I will try to give you the answer. I will summon the entire universe to do so. So do not rest on your laurels!

You may ask your question and then leave the book. But be careful. I am listening to you. And I am answering you. With the words from the next song you will hear. With the information in the next article you will read. The story of the next movie you will watch. With a random phrase from the next person you will meet. Or the whisper of the river, the sea, the wind that caresses your ear. All of these are My echoes. All are open channels to Me.

I will speak to you only if you want to listen. I will come close to you only if you invite Me. This is how I will show you that I have always been there. For you. In every way.

He does not converse with God but with his own conscience, he contemplates his nature and existence and philosophizes on his own, giving these answers, which perhaps at those moments he was in a state of inspiration... it is a beautiful narrative..

This review is about the book: Limited Collector's Edition

I bought this trilogy after "borrowing" and eventually losing the original editions of Conversations with God. If you haven't read this book, I envy you! You are on the threshold of discovering a new, radiant, beautiful world, you are on the threshold of hearing your soul sing with joy and your heart leap with longing, you are on the verge of creating an incredible, wonderful, and unimaginably intimate relationship with God! A God who has absolutely nothing to do with the one they described to you in school and catechism, a God whom you can't help but fall in love with.
A small note, if you are in your 40s or older, it will be difficult to do all of this without a good pair of reading glasses, the characters are too small to fit three volumes into one.
And the text differs from the original translation.

Almost all the questions we would ask God if we had the chance... An enjoyable dialogue between a person lost in the search for truth and an approachable "God." God as a transcendent entity or the bottomless unconscious of a thinker? It matters little... Two things are certain. First, you will enjoy it. Second, you will read it several times.

A book that was also made into a movie in 2006, which is good but falls short compared to the book.
