In addition to the introductory study by the professor of Civil Procedure at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Georgios Diamantopoulos, who edited this publication, distinguished speakers (in the order of their presentations), namely the notary of Athens and Vice President of the Notarial Association of the Courts of Athens-Piraeus-Aegean, Mrs. Eleni Kontogeorgou, the notary of Komotini and President of the Notarial Association of Thrace, Mr. Christos Terzidis, the PhD candidate in law and lawyer from Thessaloniki, Mr. Konstantinos Papachristou-Dimitras, the PhD in law and notary from Thessaloniki, Mrs. Christina Chatzidandi, the lawyer from Athens, Mr. Georgios Poylios, the head of the Sparta branch of the Cadastre Office of the Peloponnese, the PhD in law and notary from Heraklion, Crete, Mr. Emmanouil Tamiolakis, the PhD in law and lawyer from Thessaloniki, Mr. Georgios-Alexandros Georgiadis, and the PhD in law and lawyer from Rethymno, Mr. Georgios Marinakis, unfold various aspects of the issues.

This publication includes the presentations from the seminar in the order they were delivered, in full development and with the relevant annotations.
