In times of gloom and fear, like the ones we are currently experiencing in Greece, we have two ways to react: the first is to allow the darkness to enter our souls and tarnish them; the other is to harness the light accumulated by the solar panels of our hearts. Light is a life-giving force. A small lamp conquers even the most impenetrable darkness.

We rebuild our lives in the light and organize them as simply as possible in a world that is complex and meaningless. These small texts collected in this volume are an attempt to create such a microcosm when darkness enveloped and threatened me. I had no intention of publishing them. I considered them too personal.

And by coincidence, I realized that there is no personal reason. Since we are beings of reason, we exist within society. And it is the community that gives you a reason to discover your personality, unique and unrepeatable, just like your fingerprints. There are interlocutors. As long as you can speak. And thus, this book emerged.
