In Greece, the land of sun, sea, and fertile soil, in Greece of abundance, the situations and economic conditions changed overnight. A large part of this difficult economic situation is something that Greek housewives have to face.
On one hand, the dramatic reduction of family income, and on the other, the rising prices in the market, create a constant concern about the cost of the daily table. It is not easy for a housewife to cook for 4, 5, or often even 6 people, when the budget for food has significantly decreased.
Here, a reasonable question arises: how can a housewife cook economically and healthily, without compromising the quality of the ingredients she uses?
